Fatigue, mood change, weight gain
I have been suffering from fatigue even after 8 to 10 hours of sleep,there is swift change in my mood, depression, I am putting on my weight,usually snore while sleeping, some joint pain will be there always, digestive problems.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month. Have a well balanced diet and exercise daily. To lose weight, you will have to work. It won't reduce by itself. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
