Fatigue and loss of appetite
1.fatigue: I feel fatigue .
2. Coughing when I sleep in a position(lying with right side)
3.chest pain when I sneeze.
4.coughing for a short moment when I wake up from lying on bed.

Hi.. Thanks for contacting practo for medical query.I am Dr.Shanmugavadivu a senior physician answering your question.You have cough,chest pain,fatiguability and loss of appetite .I suspect pleurisy.It is nothing but inflammation of pleura or covering of lung.
Kindly consult a doctor in person and get yourself clinically examined and undergo investigations like X-ray chest,blood count,ESR etc.and get treated accordingly.Hope this helps.Take care
