Fatigue and fever time symptoms
I am having fatigue symptoms from 15days . I have all fever symptoms but no temperature. I will be fine for a while and when i wake up in the morning will again end up with the same symptoms. Iam having sore throat and headache . I am fine during the weekend but again feel the same in the morning. I feel soo tired and have pain between my shoulders. Please suggest. Thanks
