  4. Fat lumps in shoulder. Do suggest?

Fat lumps in shoulder
Hi, My father facing a problem in his shoulder. It looks like lumps and he has not feel any pain previously but for last 2 weeks he is in frequent pain in that particular area. We have already checked with the doctor two years back and confirmed it is not a cancer and took some medication to overcome from pain. Please do suggest what can we do and how to overcome from this problem. I have attached similar like photos. Please do suggest

Need to evaluate the swelling further Probably needs USG and FNAC at the least if not any cross sectional imaging like CT or MRI Could be a lymphangioma or a sebaceous cyst
