107 is in Pre-Diabetic range but can't be confirmed by One reading If it was done by Glucometer, get it done in lab along with Post Prandial sugar and Hba1c
Next Steps
Consult an Endocrinologist with Reports

Is it by glucometer? Normally glucometer will show 5 to 10% increased sugar as compared to the lab Check fbs,pp,hba1c by lab Consult for further guidance... Nothing much to worry with single report
