Fasting sugar not coming down
Fasting Sugar ranges between 150 to 200. If I need to change any medicine. Pls guide if any . Now on medication janumet ,50/500 mg twice a day.

Raised fasting sugars is a sign of insulin resistance. Suggest increasing your exercise and activity levels and also see your doctor to discuss option of increasing to janumet 50/1000
