Fasting Glucose & Triglycerides high
Good afternoon sir, I am 39 years old Male. My fasting Glucose is 101 and triglycerides are 238. Nine month back triglycerides were 180. Four months back it was 210. Now it is 238. My cholesterol is 180. What are the precautions I need to take to control my triglycerides and Glucose level. Thank you Sir/Madam.

U should do lifestyle modifications. Avoid oily and fatty food. Do brisk walking at least 30min. Daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables and fibre rich diet. Quit smoking and alcohol consumption.

There are 2 main reasons why triglycerides rise- sugar intake/ uncontrolled diabetes and alcohol. Stop sugar intake and alcohol. Exercise. Don’t be paranoid and keep check your cholesterol .
