Dear doctor I have used amytryptline hydrochloride for sleep for days And after one month I have used the omega three fatty acids soft gelatin capsule and paroxetin 12.5 mg for 10 days of the depression can these tablets can cause the Faster heart beat I feel the Faster heart beat with heavyness in the heart and with twinching sensation in the heart Please kindly tell the which kind of symptoms it is please doctor kindly givee me solution for this problem
