Heart beat is feeling faster
Hii dr i feel once I work harder my heart beat is faster and then feel anxiety left chest and shoulder heaviness after some relaxation it's came to normal my ecg echo is normal what is the cause of it kindly suggest something.

Heart beating fast during work is normal. Your other symptoms like chest heaviness needs evaluation.
You seem to be overweight for your height, work on weight loss and consult a cardiologist for chest heaviness.
