  4. Fast heartbeat. What can be the problem.

Hi, From last 2 months i am having a problem. All of a sudden i feel shortness of breath aith high bp around 150. and fast heart beat around 106. After sometime it settle by drinking water and taking deep breaths. I feel like i am breathless and also have gastric problem. It happened 3-4 times in 2 months. Please tell me what can be the problem. Thanks Shikha
