Sir first I want to tell you about my past problem I have an past episode of psvt and my doctor took all my reports and tell I have a short circuit h heart and i am on medicine for life long medicine name -dilzem CD 90 so my problem is that whenever something sad happen or I will play any shooting game some danger situation come my heart beat increases I know that's an normal phenomenon but my heart beat increases too fast that I am scared for that time and when that situation ends after sometime my heart beats become normal so plz suggest what should I do and it is dangerous because it happen many times

Hello,
PSVT is not life threatening usually. If you are getting repeated episodes of tachycardia even on dilzem then go for EP study and ablation of the abnormal circuit
