When I am exposing to sun light and humidity my heart beat is going 140 to 150. And rest time rate is 100to 120. My BP is normal all diagnosis and tests showing normal .

If you have any symptoms like palpitations then you have problem... Otherwise increase in heart rate no need to worr5..
