Sitz bath.
Fill a tub with warm water with a spoon of salt,turmeric.Then sit in and take ur regular bath.

Include lots of fluids. Have food fiber intake have fruits min2-3 portion , Vegetable or green leafy 2-3 portion a day. Avoid maida and ready to eat items.
