These complaints are likely to be related to heart disease. She will need an ECG and 2D echo. But before all this, Meet a qualified cardiologist (DM or DNB cardiology) and get her properly examined. Also get her Thyroid profile, Hemoglobin and Blood sugar level done. Hope this helps.
