Famocid antacid Over the counter
Can I take famocid 40 over the counter at night time during sleep as I sometimes have nocturnal dyspepsia and famocid helps me to sleep..
I also take mesacol od 1.2 gm daily..please suggest ..from endoscopy / colonoscopy biopsy I have duodenitis and crohn's IBD

Mesocol is for ulcerative colitis which must have been seen on colonoscopy and ok to continue
Famocid is inferior choice to rabaprazole but if it makes you comfortable ,fine enough you can add digene 2 TSF as needed if you have breakthrough acidity on famocid
