Can I take famocid 40 over the counter at night time during sleep as I sometimes have nocturnal dyspepsia and famocid helps me to sleep..
I also take mesacol od 1.2 gm daily..please suggest ..from endoscopy / colonoscopy biopsy I have duodenitis and crohn's IBD
