False Memories
This has just started happening, and it had never happened before. For example, I will be reading something new and once I am finished I feel like I have learned it before. However deep down I know I have never learned it. But the more I think about it, the more I affirm that I have learned it before. It is not like deja vu at all. It feels like the opposite of when you wake up and try to remember a dream, but the more you try to remember, you forget it.
