Fall from bed

Asked for Female, 21 Years

My son has fallen down from the bed while playing..he fall on his head...before falling, we have given him some medicine for digestion which was bad in taste... He vomited after falling down... Mostly it seems like he vomited the medicine and little water which he has taken just before...we have immediately rubbed ice cube on his head.. He cried for some time but aftr that ,he is quite active and playing... Is there anything to concern or worry...we are quite tensed for the vomiting...

Baby needs a clinical examination to rule out any signs of traumatic brain injury. Vomitting is one of them. Visit your nearest hospital or pediatrician and after doctor's advise get neuroimaging done to rule out the same
