Fainting episode
I am 29 years, working in an pharmaceutical industry,.since last year I've been working in morning shifts for which I've been getting disturbed and lack of sleep (max 5-6hours) yesterday while having my dinner I suddenly got fainted with light headedness , stiffness, shaking and my eyes rolled up and I was sweating tremendously.. as soon as I was feeling uneasy and knew I was about to faint ,I called my husband and after which I don't remember anything for few seconds ,he gave me a jerk and I remember everything was moving for me...after getting stable for few minutes , I puked Everything out! Is it something serious?

Do some lifestyle modifications. Include nutritious food to your diet, eat small amount but increase the frequency, dont be empty stomach for long hours, take atleast 3 litres of water per day , manage stress , try to follow a sleep pattern, try to be physically active. All this measures will help u but for now u should visit a doctor and get yourself examined to rule out other causes.

Yes it’s serious seems like u had a episode of fit. Due to overexcitablitynof neutrons Cause for the same should be elucidated, do u have any similar episode in past also. Do anyone in ur family had history of fits. How long the fainting episode last. What’s your general health now a days. It’s a serious issue care should be soughted so that further damage can be avoided before next fit. Do u had a history of involuntarily passing of urine also. Kindly consult with detail history for further guidance and prescription
