Fainted(shivering)
Drank lemon tea and ate 8 almomds early morning aroud 8:15.And after an hour I ate a bowl full of corn flakes and an apple along with milk.and then I ate my lunch at 1:30(two rotis Nd salad). Around 3:30 I fainted and also was shivering badly. It is for the first time I was doing this kind of diet. I had lots of pressure in the office as well, very hectic. Was this caused due to acidity? Could you suggest what could have happened?do I need to take any medicine at particular or should I stop the diet? FYI(The diet plan was suggested by my gym trainer).

Hi Without check up it is quite difficult to assess what happened with you .And the timing of food is little bit  confusing to me . But I don't think shivering was due to acidity but fainting could be a reason of gas formation. You should consult a doctor as well as a dietitian .
