Facing period problems
I didn't have my menses this month. Previous month cycle last for 29 days but it usually last for 33-34 days . (Regularly)
What I can do I live in red zone, can't even have any medical treatment or medicines.
Pls, do help me according to the situation !!

Would like to know the last period date.if you are sexually active please check for pregnancy by serum beta HCG and then get yourself treated accordingly

Do a pregnancy test with morning sample fasting urine
