Facing Pain in Lower abdomen

Hello, I am almost 6 weeks pregnant, I am facing an issue of a undefined pain in stomach (very sweet pain) and in lower abdomen. Also, feeling like as one used to feel at the time of mensuration as the feeling to secrete something out. Kindly suggest Devanshi
