Facing irregularities in menstrual cyle
Hi Doctor, I am 28 years old, normally my periods are regular every month but sometimes I gets delayed by a month..last time I had my periods on 9th June..but didn't had again till date...also I have vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency...can you tell me what should I do or what types of tests should be done and why it's happening like this..please guide me and tell what precautions should I take and also about some lifestyle tips and foods habits. I am worried is it a sign of PCOD?

If your sexually active and had intercourse better get one upt done If not better do get other investigations like thyroid , hb , scan What is your present wt? If you are overweight better do adapt healthy lifestyle and exercises Take proper treatment for your deficiencies
