Sir I would suggest you to wait till the age of 21 years and till then go for six monthly eye check up alongwith dilated retina examination and use your Spectacles regularly. Mostly after that age the spectacle power stabilizes. So later you can opt for a refractive surgery. If you fit into the preoperative criterias then there are lot many options available like LASIK, SMILE, Phakic Intraocular Lenses or Refractive (Clear) Lens exchange.

Good Afternoon, First of all for lasik you need to get get few tests done to find out of your eye is suitable for lasik vision correction or not. You will be advised to get pentacam to find out the thickness of your cornea and a dilated fundus examination as -10 D is a high number. Your doctor might suggest you to undergo an ICL.
