A person with 6/3 visual acuity in both eyes may have optic neuritis ? he feels shaky vision, If yes, should he treated or leave it to heal naturally

If optic neuritis has been diagnosed then you must get it properly investigated and treated .by a neuro ophthalmologist,even if your vision doesn't seem to be affected.
