Facing hairfall from last one month

My name is dhruv n i am 20 years old . Actually it all started after i straightened my and i started using a huge amount of wax and gels due to this i used to dace hairfalls but not much .......and now it has increased to multiple amount . I am really not getting what is wrong with my hair right now .
