Facial skin rash with burning sensation

Asked for Male, 18 Years

It had been a long time i had suffering from this facial skin proble some red small round nd size like pimples occour nd then result in burning as if these substances are tearing my skin from within nd lastst for 3/4days later it dries nd leaves d region like a wound which had dried nd a brownish covering like normal wounds occours it stays for a week .
