Facial skin - irregular surface

I'm 23M. I have some irregular skin surface on face and a scar from pox in my childhood days. Irregular like small small pores. Attaching image for ref Friend of mine suggested, dermaroll would help to heal and regularise the facial skin surface. Now what should I consult for? Should that heal on its own or taking proper treatment for it is good?
