Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have a facial rash which has been on my face for a week now . it gets very dry and starts itching and there are white skin coming out of it . It is very difficult to go out anywhere as it itches everytime. I HAVE HAD ANTI allergic medicines but they dont seem to work
