Facial dandruff
I have extremely dry skin, I'm struggling to fight off dandruff under my beard and on my eye brows for nearly 3 years now. When I keep it moisturised with a cream (Cetaphil), it stays away, and then it all comes back after the cream dries away. Is their any permanent solution for it? Any cream, shampoo, soap, ointment, oil or other treatment?

Next Steps
