Facial And hand twitching

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Sir first my face started twitching sunddenly and there after my one hand also after some days( i had taken a bath at that eveng and went outusde with my baby and the weather is very cold outside on that day)..i have examine mri and all blood reports which all are normal except vitamin d defeciceny and excees of vitamin b12..i consulted one neurologist who says it is due to stress and he prescribe me esegress 5mg but still there is no recovery..
