If your face is more chubby as compared to rest of your Body, you should seek an opinion from a plastic surgeon.  I know a Very good plastic surgeon, sitting in Mata chanan devi Hospital, C2 Janakpuri. If you are obese,  then consult a dietician to reduce weight starting from a 5 kgs. Regards
