Asked for Female, 24 Years

My face is not smooth,it as itching rashes on it but any time I rub antifungal or antibacterial cream on my face for some days it becomes very smooth but once I stop the cream it becomes very rough and itching back please what can I do? I am tired of using those cream everyday..is there any oral drugs I can take to stop this?
