I have been face and skin darkness and also small pimples on the face ,how get reduces pimples and the improve the complexion

Treatment for Acne/Pimples:-Aclind Gel / Faceclin Gel / D’ACNE Plus gel for application twice daily over affected area. For Marks (spots) - DUCRAY Photoscreen Depigment Cream / Demelan cream for application once in a week at night (very little over marks only) For face wash Rejuglow Facewash/ Episoft OC Cleanser/ Saslic DS Wash. Tab. Limcee 500mg once daily for one month. Tab. Ascazin twice daily for one month. Combination peels can be performed by a dermatologist in order to improve pimples , marks and scars . Blood test for serum Insulin Fasting (F) & Postprandial (PP)

Greetings. The following would help you : 1. Daily use of sunscreen in day time of SPF 30 applied half hour before sun exposure 2. Daily bed time use of moisturiser like Cetaphil DAM. 3. Peeling agents/ skin lightening agents/ retinoid creams prescribed by dermatologist for reducing tan and improving your natural skin colour and reducing spots. 4. Evaluation by dermatologist for for chemical Peel like party peels and micro derm abrasion - this will indeed help. 5. Kindly read my blog on daily skin care on Practo health feed. 6.
