My father in law is Covid positive from last 10 days. He is having oxygen level fluctuate between 91/93 . A doctor suggested fabiflu for him but we don't know the appropriate dose. Pls suggest the appropriate dose that needs to given. He is diabetic too

Fabiflu dose is
1800 mg Twice in a day for first day
Then 800 mg twice a day for 6-10 days
