Eyes vision
Mr eyes have -0.25 for both eyes. Last 2months I wash my eyes with normal water 6-7 times a day . In my left eye I feel hardness , is it dryness or because I am washing too much with water ?
I work entire day on computer and use mobile phone too much .
If it's dryness , please tell any medicine for dryness ? Does dryness medicine has any side effect ?How many months should i use ? Should I stop washing my eyes with water , please guide 🙏
