Hi .. I just started wearing my glasses today . I have a plus and minus number & I have astigmatism too . How long after wearing my glasses can I expect my eye strain & headaches to reduce .

Within a couple of days you should feel comfortable Use glasses for at least 2 to 3 weeks If you still have strain then visit your doctor
