My name is Sumit I am male, 26. I am a software engineer and have to work by sitting in front of computer for hours. I suppose to have dust/pollution allergy in eyes and often it happens that my eyes feel swollen, tired and I always feel sleepy no matter if its morning or evening. I (my eyes) feel as if I haven't slept for more than 10 days.

Hi your symptoms fits in a spectrum called as computer vision syndrome. Actually what happens is whenever we concentrate like computers driving ,tv mobile we tend to blink less and its with every human but in case of extreme users like ur case there is increased evaporation of tears and hence a cycle of dryness forms.

Next Steps

Follow 20-20-20 rule i. E. After every 20 min take. A break for 20 sec and look at a thing 20 ft away. Also use lubricating eye drops
