Eyes getting strain with reading laptop
Sir, Problem with: Eyes Problem: My eyes are getting strain easily after reading/watching on laptop or smartphone from last few days. I get feeling of burning . I have myopia problem and I am using spectacles for it. If I dont have proper sleep, then the problem becomes worse. Kindly advise how to get rid of this issue. Thanks.

It sounds like you have a case of computer vision syndrome. This is common in people who stare at a screen for long hours during the day. It causes your head to pain and eyes to dry out. Take a break every half an hour and try relax your eyes by closing them. You can supplement this with any good ocular lubricating drop. Using anti glare glasses might help to some extent but will not solve your problem completely.
