Eyes feeling strained
I have been using the phone a lot recently and my eyes are feeling very strained. I am unable to read for more than 10 minutes and feel like resting. Pls advise a short term solution as I have a lot of reading to do before I can visit a doctor. Thanks. I wear progressive glasses which has power only for reading and not for distance.

Eye strain due to excessive screen time is a known fact. Give rest to your eyes and use lubricating eye drops that are available OTC. Cold compresses will also give relief
