Eyes are under stress
Whenever i use laptop, my eyes are stressed. Eye checkup was done and no power observed. Hence, iam using ARC ( Abti reflective coated) spex. whether it is correct?

Hi, continues use of laptops leads to eye strain. One of the most common causes of eye fatigue is staring for long periods at digital devices such as: Computer screens, Smartphones, Video games etc.. , Kindly consult ophthalmologist..
