Pressure & stress inside head. Of food.

Feels like contraction or expansion inside head, common before sleeping or if disturbed during sleep. Some times this symptom combined with weakness in hands and legs(feels slight burning sensation when I put cold water during this period) Persistence from 2 weeks.( once appeared 6 months ago and cured automatically). Hiccups also happens some times during this episode. The symptoms tend to disappear when I make myself busy with people and not to think about this. ( but it has become too difficult not to think about it). I did full health check up. BP, ecg, urine test and all sugar tests are normal. My height 184cm and weight 75kg. I have some personal stress and work related stress. I no longer feel normal and face difficult to concentrate on life and work. I was advised ESOMAC D40, MECBENN, IBUPROFEN 400 AND CLONAZPEAM 0.2 tablets for 10 days, but situation is not improved. No alcohol or smoking habits. I have quit tea, coffee and following timely intake of food.
