Eyes are sagging
My eyes are sagging. The eyebrows are sagging over the eyes a bit and the eyes look ugly. Also now iam noticing that my left is getting small. I smoke. The left eye which is getting smaller is a bit of pain and i can feel it shrinking always.

Please consult a neurologist. Sagging of eyebrows and drooping of eyelids whether its unilateral or bilateral can be because of various causes in this age. You have also mentioned that left eye is getting small. Serious causes of drooping includes Horner Syndrome, myesthenia gravis, any tumour compressing the nerve, or transient ischemic attacks or weakness of just muscles of eyelids and eyebrow. You need complete evaluation to narrow down the diagnosis, consult an neurologist to rule out above mentioned causes and since you have pain in the eye as well( whether bilateral or unilateral) . A experienced neurologist is the best person to guide you here. If no causes are found there is nothing to worry

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  We have too see the case to understand it better. Also, smoking has many ill effects and one of it is that increases the process of ageing.
