Eyes are paining
My mom's eyes are paining and are sticky in the morning. This is happening since 2-3 days. Both of her eyes are reddish as well. She is 63 years of age and had her cataract done 2-3 years back for both the eyes

she might be having conjunctivitis but simple conjunctivitis doesn't cause pain .either she is having associated blephritis or stye. in all cases you can safely give antibiotics eye drops 2hourly and give hot foamentation. if she gets relief then continue otherwise consult an ophthalmologist.
