Eyes are blurry, itching eyes, gets red - Im an IT Professional working 50 - 60 hrs a week in front of monitor
Eyes seems to be blurry , increased number in short sighted ness >> -1.75 for right eye and -1.5 for right eye, getting more cyclindrical right eye also.....
borderline diabetic with 130 score in fasting sugar, sedimentary life style

don't face towards AC while working on pc
see towards green objects frequently

While working on pc Take frequent breaks every 20 mins for 20 secs and look at distant objects. Keep ur pc screen at a level below ur eye level. Avoid direct blow of AC or fan in the eyes . use carboxymethyl cellulose CMC 1% eyedrops like refresh liquegel 3 times a day. get ur refraction checked by qualified Ophthalmologist
