Eyelid falling down
I am having problem in my left eye as it's eye lid is falling down. I have seen it in old pictures of mine that are 3-2 years old,I'm having same problem in those pics and I'm aslo feeling breathing problems and I'm also having migraine. My eye hurts on nights it gets dry and it's painful

It could be due to dryness or early fatiquability due to nutritional deficiency or myasthenia gr avis. Pl ease take  ink or tab methyl cobalamine 1500iu on alternate for 3wks .and put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily. If still the problem persists then consult an ophthalmologist or a neurologist.

Hello Is there any diurnal variation in dropping of lids? If yes...then most probable diagnosis is myasthenia Having said that it is provisional diagnosis. I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist

Its more of looking like myasthenia. Consult near by ophthalmologist for complete ocular evaluation. And also Neurologist.

It is eyelid ptosis Could be related to myasthenia gravis Or lagophthalmos related to facial nerve palsy Leading to incomplete eyelid closure > dryness and eye pain
