EYEBROWS ( retinol)
I use latisse on eyebrows and got dark circles from using it.But i want to continue using it.So,i use retinol and still continue using latisse will it help? Or do i have to discontinue the latisse.i want to use latisse and retinol for dark circles can that help while using latisse and please don't advice online consultation as i am asking a direct question please pleasee
