Eyebags and Dry Eyes
Is it possible that I'm puffy eyes is because of my dry eyes? I also remember before when I don't have dry eyes, I rub my eyes for how many times because it feels so itchy. Soon, I found out that I have dry eyes and its a sign, eye itching. And now, I puffy eyes and I'm so irritated. It looks me tired even that I'm not. Please give me some tips.
