Hello It is mostly some infection. If you could share some details or pictures it would be great Start a topical antibiotic like VIGAMOX Eye Drops 4 times a day. A lubricant eye drop should also be started 4times a day like Genteal Eye Drops.
Next Steps
Visit a local ophthalmologist if the condition doesn't improve
Health Tips
Try to maintain lid hygiene

Use some mild antibiotic like Zo eye drops frequently - one drop every 2 hours . Do not touch your eyes with your fingers. Use tissue which you throw away ; wash your hands frequently to avoid spread to other eye and to others . If not better in 48 hours see a doctor. You need to consult a local ophthalmologist, we need a correct diagnosis. You may take Paracetamol 650 mg for pain and swelling in the mean time.
