Eye swelling from last 1 weeks

Asked for Female, 2 Years

My 2 and half years baby has eye edema..when she wokes up is more significant..we do urine test and some blood test..urine albumin and occult blood is trace..5 to 6 pus cell present..and serum albumin is in normal range..we attach her two reports..day by day her swelling is more prominent..pls help..

If there is eye swelling with normal urine report and normal albumin it higly unlikely it because of kidney issue ,the other possibilities are allergy and eye infection,please meet a opthalmologist in person
