Eye swelling and pain
10 days ago my right eye was swollen and I have been prescribed medications like systane ultra, eye ointment, Allegra and 2 more tablets. It was cured in 4 days.
Now my left eye was showing all similar symptoms and I tried same medicines but not much releif till now. Today's 4th day of taking same medicines. Please help. Fyi: I am not diabetic and my blood sugar before fasting was 74 amd after breakfast came 99

There might be some infection.
Please share a close up pic of your eyes with information about pain redness watering discharge itching and blurring of vision.

Eye swelling may occur due to multiple reasons including infection. If it didnt improve with these medicines in 4 days, other things need to ruled out
